• 1 carrot
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 hot pepper
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tablespoons ground walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons ground sesame seeds
  • juice of one lemon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Grate the carrots, combine all the ingredients in a plate and mix well.
