• 300 g of wheat, soaked overnight
  • 5-6 tablespoons ground almonds
  • 5-6 leaves of fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 3 carrots finely grated
  • 3 tablespoons spices 1
  • 3 ripe tomatoes
  • 2 grated zucchini
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 4-5 tablespoons of wheat germ (maybe some others
  • germ)

Grind the wheat, add the spice, salt, grated carrot, stir and arrange in a round pan. Spare change cut tomato, arrange on pizza, add paprika, grated zucchini, basil, oregano, a little salt, pour olive oil, and spread the sprouts on top.
