• 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 root and a leaf of celery
  • 100 g of wheat germ
  • 3 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 2 tomatoes
  • spices as desired

Peel avocado and slice it. Cut celery into sticks or grate it. Grind the sunflower in a walnut machine and mix with spice. Add a few tablespoons of water. Mix with vegetables and salt.
